However, Jagwa AutoTrader is not a marketing platform for car dealers but a buying assistance platform for our customers. We help you get the car you’re looking for and not push you towards a certain car. Thats how we are different.
Yes, we have a car delivery service, if you buy a car through us and you would like it delivered to where you stay or to a specific address, we do that for you. We even go further in decorating the car for you if you would like a celebratory receipt of your newly purchased car. Our current options are delivery via a driver or via a low bed truck.
We are in connection with local genuine car parts resellers as well as a renowned Dubai auto market. We get our parts from the local suppliers to ensure they don’t break your market and we verify their originality from the Dubai auto market. If our supplier tries to dupe us, we block them from ever doing business with us.
Jagwa AutoTrader is based online for the sake of convenience to all our customers. That means you can buy your car online and get it delivered to anywhere in Zimbabwe without ever having to leave your hometown.
To give you the comfort you need that you have bought genuine parts, yes we offer a warranty on all the parts you acquire from us. However, we usually take off 3 months on the manufacturer issued warranty to allow for us to ship back parts before the warranty expires.
The mechanical report that we release per vehicle is comprehensive enough to cover anything that may be of concern to you before purchasing any of our cars. We are so impartial and thorough in our assessment that you won’t even have to visit the site to see the car.
All the cars that we review are either sponsored to us by different garages or they belong to some of our clients. We get access to cars to review through the Review My Car initiative which is open to anyone to partner with us.
Jagwa AutoTrader is an SBU that is 100% owned by Kelteve Distinction Technologies and is 100% liable for anything that may happen due to its existence. The parent company is fully registered under the Companies Act of Zimbabwe and any other mandatory registrations required for its full operation and service in Zimbabwe.
The defects report requires a lot of work, tests and resources to produce it accurately and reliably. Therefore, it shall be a paid for service as the platform grows. At the moment, the report is available for free until communication stating otherwise is released.
We have an internal team of both mechanical and auto electricians who look at all the functional components of concern to our buyers. We occasionally outsource services for specific models of cars that require sophisticated garage equipment to diagnose.
For most Agreement of Sale of used cars, the “Voetstoots” Law which means “Sold as it is” is applicable therefore, we thoroughly check for patent defects and leave the latent defects to the law of Zimbabwe should conflict arise.
